Develop Your Leadership (DYL)

This global program is designed to equip supervisors and managers with the mindset, knowledge and skills to effectively lead at Saputo, consistent with Saputo’s Values, Leadership and EQ Competencies, and CONNECT talent management practices. The 52-week program is delivered in 6 modules, which includes 10 virtual workshops, self-directed learning, experiential on-the-job activities, 5 peer virtual learning cafés, and regular one-up leader check-ins.
