Omnichannel Selling Learning Program Train-the-Trainer

This virtual program was designed to equip the ethical / medical sales team at Abbott Nutrition in the Pacific Asia region with the mindset, knowledge, dialogue and evaluation skills to effectively influence and sell to their health care professionals (HCPs) in today’s omnichannel environment. The program was custom-designed and delivered in 5 virtual modules, totaling 15.5 hours of learning to: • Build the confidence, mindset and capabilities in sales reps to sell in an omnichannel way • Develop omnichannel selling skills by adapting and tailoring HCP interactions by channel persona and customer journey • Embed a culture of sales coaching and development that is aligned to the Global Ethical Sales Competency Framework.
